1. We're here to help

Wisspy is built and supported by Spectre Graphics, a small team based in Tunis, Tunisia. This page explains how to reach us and what to expect.

2. Contact us

Email is the fastest way to reach the team:

We reply within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, Tunis time). Most requests are answered same-day.

3. In-app support

Signed-in users can open a ticket directly from the app: go to Settings → Support, or tap the help icon on the web dashboard. Tickets are tracked, and you'll receive replies in-app and by email.

4. Common questions

  • Bot not replying? Re-link your WhatsApp or Telegram from Settings → Linked platforms.
  • Wrong category? Tap any expense to re-categorize it. Wisspy learns from your corrections.
  • Missing currency? All expenses are converted to your default currency using the day's FX rate. You can change the default from Settings.
  • Receipt OCR failed? Make sure the image is sharp, well-lit, and shows the total. Blurry or partial receipts may fail extraction.
  • Reached a monthly quota? Free-tier quotas reset on the 1st of each month. Paid plans unlock higher limits.

5. Report a bug or request a feature

Found something broken, confusing, or missing? Email [email protected] with a short description. Screenshots and the time of the issue help us investigate faster. Feature ideas are always welcome — many current features started as user requests.

6. Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account in the mobile app, or from the /delete-account page on the web. Deletion is final after a 14-day cancellation window. Apple and Google sign-in tokens are revoked immediately.

7. Service status

If the bot or app is not responding, the issue may be on our side. Check back in a few minutes — most incidents resolve quickly. For ongoing issues, email [email protected] and we'll update you.
