1. Acceptance

By using Wisspy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Wisspy is a personal expense tracking tool accessible via messaging bots (Telegram, WhatsApp), a mobile app, and a web dashboard. The service lets you log, categorize, and analyze your expenses.

3. User account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• Only one account per person is allowed.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent the service's quotas or limits.
• Send abusive, offensive, or malicious content to the bot.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Use automated scripts to interact with the service.

5. Quotas and limits

The free tier includes monthly limits on the number of expenses, OCR scans, and voice transcriptions. These limits are displayed in your dashboard. Exceeding a limit results in an informational message and temporary suspension of the affected feature until the next month.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Wisspy offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid features are clearly indicated before purchase.

• On the web, subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. Prices are shown before checkout and may include applicable taxes.
• On mobile, subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those stores' billing terms.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds for mobile purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. For web purchases, contact us and we will handle refund requests in line with applicable consumer law.

7. Financial data

Wisspy is a personal tracking tool. It does not constitute financial, tax, or accounting advice. Amounts, conversions, and categorizations are provided for information only. You are solely responsible for verifying your financial data.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or incidents may cause temporary interruptions.

9. Intellectual property

The code, design, and Wisspy brand are the property of Spectre Graphics. Your data belongs to you and you can export it at any time.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account for violations of these terms, after notification.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Tunis.
